Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 4dmoon through this website or its related applications, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4dmoon as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws in your place of residence.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 4dmoon reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents if necessary. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify 4dmoon immediately. The platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their own account.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 4dmoon platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or manipulation of payment systems
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or repeatedly exploit promotions
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
Financial Transactions & MYR Payment Information
All transactions on the 4dmoon platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information they provide is accurate and valid. Supported payment methods include online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform.
Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. 4dmoon is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account held in the same user's name. 4dmoon reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Suspicious withdrawals may be placed on hold while an investigation is carried out.
Any transaction dispute must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed. Transaction records maintained by 4dmoon are considered final unless there is compelling evidence to the contrary.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
4dmoon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure
4dmoon reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason the platform deems justified. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation are not entitled to recover funds remaining in the account until the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dmoon platform, including text, images, logos, designs, software code, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of 4dmoon or its relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 4dmoon is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
4dmoon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the process established by 4dmoon, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
